Solvent-free Primer
Applications:
It is mainly used in heavy corrosion protection fields such as urban pipeline anti-corrosion, internal and external corrosion protection of buried pipelines, patching, elbows, and anti-corrosion overhaul of buried pipelines.

Construction procedure
1. Construction base surface requirements: sanding, sweeping to clean, repair;
2. If the humidity of the basic surface is >18%, the construction must be stopped, and the
construction can only be carried out when the humidity of the surface is <18%, otherwise it will be easy to blister;
3. Operation requirements: before construction, the A material should be fully mixed, add
the component B material according to the proportion, mixing for about 3 minutes, and then use the roller to apply or scrape with a flat scraper to get a smooth and even surface
coating;
4. Use time limit:when the product in ≈ 25 °, it can be used for about 45 minutes, please
determine the amount of ingredients each time according to the actual construction
progress. The prepared materials must be used up at one time, and the remaining materials A and B must be sealed and stored.
