BAYD-3547 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent used in solvent based and solvent-free coatings, adhesives, and room temperature curing resin systems. It can also be used in the production of color masterbatch for thermoplastic plastics. Specially suitable for use in carbon black pigments, it has excellent color development, stability, and reduces system viscosity.

Addition amount and usage method
It can be used directly or added after dilution. During use, it should be thoroughly stirred to ensure even dispersion.
Recommended dosage (based on pigment):
- Inorganic pigments: 5-10%
- Titanium dioxide: 1-3%
- Carbon black: 15-50%
- Organic pigments: 10-25%
