Technical data
- Main components: Polyamine amide solution of unsaturated polycarboxylic acid
- Appearance: Dark brown transparent liquid
- Active ingredient: 50% (120 ℃, 60min)
- Amine value: 190mgKOH/g
Application features
- Has a particularly strong affinity for acidic groups on the surface of pigments. The applicable base materials are acrylic esters and alkyd/melamine systems.
- Improve pigment wetting, reduce the time required for grinding process, stabilize pigment dispersion, and prevent floating/blooming
- Strongly reduces viscosity and improves the gloss and leveling of the coating.

Addition amount and usage method
- It can be used directly or added after dilution. During use, it should be thoroughly stirred to ensure even dispersion.
- Recommended dosage (based on pigment):
- Inorganic pigments: 3-5%
- Titanium dioxide: 1-1.5%
- Carbon black: 30-40%
- Organic pigments: 30-60%
The accurate amount and usage method may vary depending on the specific situation and should be determined through experiments.
