Addition Amount and Usage Method
- Add BAYD-3304 to the grindingbefore adding pigments and fillers. The recommended dosage is generally 0.5-1%.
- For optimal results, customers should conduct a stepwise study in specific formulations.
- Recommended calculation method for the minimum dosage (100% active content):
- Inorganic pigments: 20-30% of the oil absorption value
- Organic pigments (green, blue, violet): 15-20% of the BET value (specific surface area value)
- Organic pigments (yellow, orange, red): 25-45% of the BET value (specific surface area value)
- Carbon black: 20-25% of the DBP oil absorption value
