Independent formula system
Mahacina has a mature and stable core product system, covering multiple categories such as architectural coatings, industrial coatings, floor coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, waterproof coatings, and energy-saving and cooling coatings. All formulas are self-developed and continuously optimized and upgraded in accordance with local climatic conditions, construction habits, and regulatory standards.
Energy-saving cooling coating technology
Based on cooperation with universities and research institutions (such as Guangdong University of Chemical Technology), Mahacina has developed a number of energy-saving coating solutions with independent intellectual property rights, which can reduce room temperature by 4-8℃. They are widely used in tropical and arid climate regions, contributing to energy conservation and emission reduction in green buildings.
Intelligent manufacturing system
The "Coatings World Factory Solution" we have developed includes an automatic powder feeding system, a precise control system for liquid additives, an intelligent color-matching system, and an automatic packaging and palletizing system. It fully realizes a digital, standardized, and replicable global factory model, and is compatible with various franchise partners.
Localization adaptation and rapid iteration
Mahacina has the ability to quickly adjust the formula and support local testing standards. For instance, in markets such as India, Israel, and Liberia, we adjust key performance parameters like coating coverage, drying time, and viscosity based on customer demands to ensure that the products meet market expectations and government review requirements.
Global Joint innovation
Mahacina is building a global network of innovation laboratories and collaborating with local partners in various countries to establish a "co-research, co-formulation, and co-testing" collaborative innovation mechanism, promoting the global co-creation and sharing of green coating technologies.
